## Quality Control Process

1. **Incoming Material Inspection:** Lead ingots, sulfuric acid, polypropylene, and separator materials tested before production.
2. **In-Process QC:** 18 assembly lines monitored in real time — paste density, plate weight, welding integrity, electrolyte fill levels.
3. **Finished Product Testing:** Every batch undergoes CCA, reserve capacity, charge acceptance, leak test, and visual inspection.
4. **Pre-Shipment Audit:** Random sampling per AQL standards; packaging, labeling, and documentation verified.
5. **Traceability:** Batch-level tracking from raw material to container — full documentation available for import compliance.

## Documentation We Provide

- Certificate of Analysis (COA) — per production batch
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Inspection Reports — CCA, RC, visual, leak test
- Certificate of Origin (Form E / Form F for preferential tariffs)
- IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 certificates upon request
- Third-party lab testing available (SGS, TÜV, BV) at buyer’s request
